Clearly there is a huge gap between the results employees are expected to deliver and the energy and calm they have to have to make it happen. Suppose that the mentioned problems have been solved, how would it look like then?

If there is something that you need to do, but it’s not getting done, one of the first places to start is to clear out the clutter around you and inside you. Clutter can block precious new energy from flowing into your life by filling up your world with old stagnant energy that loves to build up and stay right where it is. Clutter in your life might include a messy environment, a pile of paper on your desk, a non organized computer… When we free up this old energy around our space, we feel more lively and energized.
